"Accelerators" are language specific. Look at some other programs to see which letter normally gets the accelerator for "Annuler". For standard words such as Cancel, Save, etc. it is best to follow conventions for your language by looking at other software. For less common words it is up to the translator to decide which letter gets the accelerator.
