I used HOTJOBS (YAHOO [.ca]). But, what got me the job was saving my resumé as a web page (through HOTJOBS) and putting the URL in my e-mail sig. I never made reference to it, nor did I state in the sig that it was a resumé. Only one forum complained. They even claimed that I was responding with null content just to get the URL there. Anyways, somebody down in the US, who had lost contact with me, saw that URL in a posting. He forwarded it to my present employer. Within two weeks, I was working, again. One thing I noticed, though. Some of my knowledge was already out of date. HyperSwap, for example, was announced while I was out. When in doubt.
