Am I the only one who thinks that individual engines allowing Latin input
is just duplication of code and a crappy design?
Completely agreed. The only reason anthy even had to provide such a feature
was because the base system didn't provide it, itself. It should serve to
show how necessary the functionality is, rather than diminish the potential
for it to be in the main framework because the engine "already implemented
it."
