However, desktop environments including GNOME and KDE, do not allow to
use these keys without modifier keys. So I cannot use the approach by the
ibus command.
I have been thinking what is the best solution and whether this issue is
ibus or each ibus engine.
Regarding to Windows 7/8, AFAIK, Super+space can switches IMEs and
Zenkaku_Hankaku handles enabled and disabled state in JP IME.
Now the latest ibus-anthy also switches the state by Zenkaku_Hankaku key.
