What Proxy Server r u using? Most of the proxy servers r configured using
port 21 for ftp. Try setting the port to 21 for ftp, however don't do the
same for http or httpd or u will not be able to browse the net. U may also
use gtp or any other third ftp tool (they r easy to configure than the
terminal based ones :-) ).

U may find the latest ones from PCQuest CD. Why bother to download the same
