adding to Sayan's comments both in the post on the above subject & meeting on the 28th, where do we stand now and what are the means of getting around the issue ? the aims+objectives of the "formal society" can't be different from the LUG, yet due to the non-legal locus standi of the UG, the charter cannot make explicit references to the unwritten charter of the UG - so what needs to be done now ? PKS - consitution and organisational aspects are ok, but what are the legal inputs ? more importantly can this be kept in abeyance while the participation process is stressed upon more ?
