Hi I have been one of the poor souls who have had to go through "The West Bengal Societies Registration Act, 1961", in connection with our group called "Peaceful Action" <http://www.peacefulaction.org>. Last meeting (my first) I came to the conclusion that others must have gone through it too. If PK Jethu and other supporters of regestration has not not gone through it I would be happy to lend the book for reading.
