LILO _does_ boot Linux from /dev/hdb or /dev/hdc. I use this kind of
booting all the time. So far I've not tried to see how well LILO boots
Windows from hdb or hdc, but Sankarshan Mukhopadhyay can tell us if his
setup is working (he has Linux on hda and Win98 on hdc).

I have LILO on the MBR of hda.
