I could put my hand up for starters....I could do any of the following topics sometime in Mar, 'cos we shall be discussing the structure of the meets in Feb:- 1. Linux, DRI,Gaming 2. Apache Web Server Config 3. Programming ----Java, PHP, Python > > Thats a very valid point and I fully agree with u and I guess > that is > > what a moderator is meant for. > > i guess that is so too .. but we don't HAVE a moderator .. its > happening without one too ! nice, isn't it ? We should...let it be a responsibility taken up by senior/older members of the group, by rotation, and then as others join the movement proactively, they could be delegated the responsibility. With that kind of an approach u dont require a separate person to "chair" the meetings either. So, its the moderator who administers the mailing list, and ensures, mainly that the date of the meeting is mentioned in the sig;); finalizes the agenda for the meet; and "chairs" the meet. That way all flames get directed to a particular person!!!;) /Sumeet -- ___________________________________________________________ This message was brought to you by Linux, the free unix.
