I recently purchased my extended AppleCare warranty after a scare with my FP iMac, and have a question (which is also a complaint. heh). How come, if Apple is so keep on everyone using OS X, that the diagnostic/repair disc that comes with the Protection Plan needs to run in OS 9? That drives me up the wall, because I don't have 9 open all the time, and it takes so long. frankly, I'm just not a patient person!! oh well. ; - ) Sarah (who, aside from that one observation, is unbelievably content with her FP iMac).
