Yup. If you really want one utility for both. Micromat has your answer. For $49.95 they have an upgrade for your Apple Care version of Tech Tool that turns it into TechTool Pro. For an additional $52.95 they have a Drive 10 "Side grade", that will add Drive 10 capability to your TechTool Pro. Not a bad deal at all if you're in the sick computer fixing business.
