I would encourage you to go for a 17" FP iMac if you can afford it.
For $1999 (ONLY $100 more than for a 15" FP iMac with 60gb), you get a 
17" screen AND an 80gb hard drive.
Plus the screen IS better IMHO.
Finally, the new iMac makes for superb ergonomics. Your body will thank 
you.
