Well, you could run Virtual PC on your apple iMac so you can run microsoft windows so you can run apple iTunes.
But that sounds kinda silly.

I am trying to think of a way this could somehow
benefit Mac OS 9 users over Windows users, but
can't: if the Apple Music Store requires as a
minimum OSX 10.1.5, iTunes 4, and QuickTime 6.2,
then all of us with Mac Operating Systems less
than that must upgrade in order to access the
Music Store.

But what will happen when the Music Store becomes
accessible to Windows users next month?
