Maybe you need to define "inexpensive" :-) I use a Logitech Pro (retail $99, on sale everywhere for less) in the USB of my PC and an Orange Micro iBot in the firewire port of my eMac. I like them both, but obviously I like the iBot camera more. Firewire beats USB any day.
