Thanks, Daniel, for checking into this. I'm not sure that it is clear, but
the sender is someone outside of our network and is sending the message from
their nwlink.com account. I would expect that they need to connect to the
outgoing email server (SMTP server) at nwlink.com to send the email. Of
course, why it is saying www1 as the host name or why someone would name the
mail server that is beyond me.

Is there any reason that you can think of that an SMTP server would balk
like this? I'm about to send the message to the user that this is at
their/nwlink.com's end and they need to figure it out. I had looked through
everything here and thought I had it correct.

Thanks, again.

Bob

Bob,

A quick check of DNS for zerowaste.com, seems OK and when I connect to the
server shown in MX 10, I get your server, as I should. I see no reason for
the sender to connect to the nwlink.com mail server (the IP for the domain
is completely different!). That it is, is the problem! And the sender should
not be doing this, afaict.
