Someone emailing to one of the virtual email hosts we support is getting the
following error:

They had been having problems with one of the addresses giving this error,
so they tried all the know addresses. These ARE correct user names and
others can email to them. I'm fine in saying that it is nwlink.com's fault,
but I need to be able to say WHY. Any suggestions?
