Harry,
If the account exists (I'm assuming the account does, because you say it is
'closed' and I don't know exactly what you mean, except possibly
'disabled'!), then Nobody won't get it. One could use Vacation or Info
Manager, to set an auto reply message... Not really a bounce, but it could
say 'This users account is closed....' or whatever you want.
