This shows that the E-mail successfully reached the remote server.  At that 
point, it should either get delivered or a bounce message from their 
machine should come back.

That's a message from their Exchange server.  Unless the E-mail was not 
addressed correctly (IE a typo), there is a problem on their Exchange server.
