The domain in question is dreamnet.com
The DNS for dreamnet.com seems fine -- http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/mail.ch?[EMAIL PROTECTED] shows that the MX records are set up properly, and your mailserver is accepting mail.

I will check log files for a foot print on the next complaint right now
That will likely be the next step, as the E-mail should be getting to your server.

Do you have any IMail rules set up that would delete E-mail?
