How about the other questions? Without knowing the domain, it's impossible for us to do anything other than guess what the problem could theoretically be.

What type of virus protection? IMail AntiVirus? Declude Virus? A

What is your domain name? There's probably a 80% chance this is a DNS
issue.
Have you checked your log files to see whether they attempted a
connection?

In this case, there's about a 99% chance the issue is with the
addressing. For example, if you send mail with a Reply-To: of
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]", they will reply to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
(whereas they would normally address to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]").
