Your DNS appears to be set up correctly to me.  Authoritative server is
ns3.hostsvr.com and ns4.hostsvr.com.  Both servers respond with the proper
MX of mail.dreamnet.com pointing to 216.206.180.74.

That won't prevent delivery of normal E-mails.

How about the other questions?  Without knowing the domain, it's
impossible
for us to do anything other than guess what the problem could
theoretically be.
