What type of virus protection?  IMail AntiVirus?  Declude Virus?  A 
gateway?  A standard (non-mail) virus scanner?  Depending on the virus 
protection you have, it may prevent some E-mail from being delivered.

What is your domain name?  There's probably a 80% chance this is a DNS
issue.

Have you checked your log files to see whether they attempted a
connection?

In this case, there's about a 99% chance the issue is with the 
addressing.  For example, if you send mail with a Reply-To: of 
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]", they will reply to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" 
(whereas they would normally address to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]").
