It is not normal to have orphaned D files without Q files, but it can happen if there are disk access problems or otherwise unclosed SMTP transactions. Q and D pairs together signify a job queued for retry, but D files alone will never get sent. Do a search in your logs for the filenames and see what Imail thinks it did with the jobs. If they look complete, move the D files out of the path for the time being and wait a bit before deleting them. If Imail doesn't think it sent the mail (which you can also manually verify by looking at the file contents and checking with users), you're gonna have a problem, since the Q files would have to be painstakingly recreated from the logs. -Sandy Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
