If you did not purchase the PRO version of Declude Junkmail, you're not going to be able to utilize the "per user" settings as you had hoped.

Declude has some great list servs that provide product specific assistance. I have always found the response to be very quick to any question I have asked.

You can also check the list archives. People will often post (upon request, either off list or on list) copies of their configuration files. That may help you as well.
