I have a client that
are using Imail Server 7.13 with all patches applied, but some users have been
complanning about receiving duplicates e-mails, they are using POP3 connection,
and don�t leave message in the server.
I alredy the support
Team of Ipswitch and the problem still continue. I follow this article http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20010608-DM01.htm, but doesn�t solve my
problem.
Some users are using Outlook XP/2000 and
Express.
Has anyone seen this before?? How can I solve this
problem?
