Export  your  PST file to a new PST and observe the results. Since the
UIDL  cache  (where  downloaded  UIDLs  are stored) is held in the PST
file,  any  minor  corruption  will  stick  with  your  machine across
sessions. If your UIDL cache is corrupt, SCANPST does not successfully
repair it.
