two possibilities:
A. they probably check their mail too often
B. they probably have multiple POP3 accounts conifgured in their Outlook profile to
connect to the same mailbox on the Imail server.

Hi all,
I have a client that are using Imail Server 7.13 with all patches applied, but
some users have been complanning about receiving duplicates e-mails, they are using
POP3 connection, and don´t leave message in the server.
I alredy the support Team of Ipswitch and the problem still continue. I follow
this article http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20010608-DM01.htm, but doesn´t solve
my problem.
Some users are using Outlook XP/2000 and Express.
Has anyone seen this before?? How can I solve this problem?
