Thanks Sandy, you're a great help! Here's what I can answer for you at this
time.

No, just one. runs about 5,000K memory usage, but spikes to well over 20,000
during the hangups. The pain is that by the time I know it's hanging, it's
usually well over 30,000 and climbing. Yeaterday when it stopped I caught it
at 24,000K mem usage.

> - Any consistency to the last successful session before a hang?

None I'm aware of. I've gone through the POP and SMTP logs and there seems
to be no mention or evidence anything is wrong. Either I don't know WHAT to
look for, or it just isn't biting me.

> attempt a manual session?

No, I haven't, but I will the next time it hangs and let you know.

> - Is POP3 becoming unbound from the IP altogether?

Sorry, I don't get that, how do I know?

> - What DB are you using, and have you tried using another DB for
testing?

We use Plat as an external DB, haven't tried another.

> - What MDAC version?

Just updated to 2.7.

> - What ODBC driver version?

If I'm reading it correctly, 3.52.

I hope this helps. I'm busting my butt trying to learn this stuff as I go.
