Hi Chandni We have a very similar problem and are getting nowhere fast. I have searched the knowledge base and have contacted Ipswitch with no luck so far. Here is a list of the things we have tried.
Saved all the mbx files then deleted the user and recreated him replacing the saved mbx files. Checked that it is only web mail as both the Imail client and outlook express will delete the email. The only users involved seem to have large inboxes. Only about half a dozen users are affected - the other thousand or so are OK. If anyone has any thoughts on this I would be extremely grateful.
