I have seen the same thing. The way I verified was as follows:
1 - stopped web service
2 - started web service
3 - logged in as myself
4 - watched user logins
5 - particular user logged in upon spike
6 - stopped/started web service again
7 - logged in as that user
8 - same thing (was only user logged in at that point)
found out it was something on their 2nd page of the mailbox
9 - downloaded their email through pop3
10 - server is fixed now
There must be a bug. If someone at IMAIL wants me to forward the users emails to them
I will, but that won't guarantee a fix. I have them sitting in outlook express right
now. Also the user had it setup to view the first certain amount of the email from
their preferences. I changed that back; could this be causing this weird problem?
