Hi Guys,
How to figure out which user is crashing WebMail...
Look in the web folder under your IMail spool directory (ie /spool/web). Using a text editor (like notepad) open any of the .tmp files in the /spool/web folder with a timestamp that matches the time when your WebMail service hurled. Scroll through and look for the user's email address - you'll find it in there.
Next, login to the user's mailbox via WebMail and start viewing messages. When you hit the right one *POOF* ...the WebMail service will puke. Without going into too much detail on a public list, viewing a message with certain properties kills WebMail. Bummer, eh? :(
I reported this one to Ipswitch 3 weeks ago, still waiting for a fix. Their advice was to configure the web messaging service to automatically restart (under Windows -> Services) until further notice.
Hope this info helps.

Ed,
I am wondering how you determined which user was causing the crash. How did you track them down.
Thanks,
