I think he is wanting to have the Spamcop list local to his network instead
of "reaching" across the 'Net.

This isn't going to accomplish anything. :)
The way that DNS works, IMail doesn't contact SpamCop/ORDB directly. It
*is* contacting your Unix server (or whatever DNS server you have set up
in your IMail SMTP settings).
And even if it *did* connect directly, it would cache the information
exactly the same as a caching DNS server would.
So I wouldn't worry about this.
