On average my Imail server processes over 100,000 messages per day. I have a DS3 to the internet, so bandwidth shouldn't be an issue. But YES, having the lists locally, I belive, would help.

Are you noticing any problems? If so, what are they?
For example, if E-mail is delayed a long time due to the DNS lookups, zone transfers probably are not going to help (assuming that you are using IMail v8's anti-spam, which does serial lookups, rather than in parallel like Declude JunkMail). If you run 10 spam tests, each taking an average of 2 seconds each, and you change 2 to do zone transfers, you're still talking about 16 seconds to run the spam tests instead of 20.
