what type of error do you see in your pop3logs? I have used the PopAuth
with the SMTPRcv and it seems to work for me. I used it with the older
setup also though. And I do not have a lot of traffic on any of my MTAs
compared to some others on this list.

The logging seems very hit and miss, quite often I will not have any pop3 log
at all for several days.
It may be coincedental, but the first item in a log is an error, that seems to
'trigger' the logging of logins.
I have POP3 logging enabled in the IMS control panel.
Any help would be appreciated.
