CAPA is an extension to pop3 in rfc2449 (1998). POP3S supports the protocol as per rfc1081 (1988). You can safely ignore the message - it's just informing the client that it doesnt support that command. >From what I read of rfc2449, it seems to be adding stuff from IMAP4 to POP3.
