Have you rebooted the server recently? Windows can 'leak' resources if there
is a problem with a program; perhaps some other program has screwed up
Windows. (Usually, killing the offending program will clear the problem, but
figuring out which one is the problem is difficult. Spameye used to do bad
things to my computer, which was one reason that I wrote the Trash Finder
Viewer.)
