When you can get CODA to work, it seems to be rock solid.  Unfortunately
there are no really adequate sysadmin tools, and a number of problems
(here, anyway) with upgrading from one version to another.  I have
been impressed by CODA's resilience, but I don't think AFS will
be threatened by it for a while.

I've been using arla for quite a while, and the clients (which are
all I'm using) are wonderful, and far easier to use than Transarc's
Linux stuff, since you can compile them to match your kernel and
hardware.  I don't know how long before milko is in the same class.
