Thanks for your answers! I went ahead and updated the NSIS installer accordingly, so it can install all available Inkscape translations now.
@translators: It would probably be a good time to have a quick look at the installer translations (they're separate from the .po files) if you have some time to spare, see http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~inkscape.dev/inkscape/0.92.x/files/head:/packaging/win32/languages/ for the currently available translations.
