I think this RFC can cover some of the issues raised in this draft, but
it deserves a better treatment of peculiarities of wireless subnetworks.
There are other relevant BCPs that cover some of these points, e.g.,
3449, 6275, etc.
A full scan of existing RFCs would help before jumping in and assuming
the IETF hasn't addressed these issues before, but certainly where they
haven't been issued, new treatment would be warranted.
