Hi Yliana,
I asked a colleague who specializes in legal translations.  She says that in
a contract you must include everything of the original, and be as faithful
as possible.

1) Between the undersigned Company xx, with domicile atxx represented by its
manager as one party and Company xx, with domicile at xx represented by its
CEO as the other

2) "Interlocuteurs" maybe could be translated as "contact party"?
