Dear Ramzan Bhai,
I fully agree with your point of view with reference to funds. However, this
issue has never been made a point of concern for any of the meeting.
I suggest that let this meeting be held without pressure however, put
payment condition for right to cast the vote.
The impression Mr. Bhutta is creating is that he is being selective and does
not want certain members to attend. I request Mr. Bhutta not to create such
impression.
Circulate the list of members. The voting as well as holding office bearer
position should be with the condition that the member organization is an
Operating ISP.
