There is no difference of opinion on membership and renewal fee (Rs.5000/- one time and Rs.5000/- annual)  it is in practise from first day and it was mentioned in all MoAs prepared for registration and were signed all most by all members.

Dear All,

AoA,

I received mails from Mr.Asif Luqman Qazi Sahib, Mr.Azfar Manzoor Sahib and  Mr.Ateeq Khan .

My simple reply is that a meeting of paid members will be held on 10th July, 2001 at ISPAK office the notice of this meeting was issued well in time and last date for renewal of memberships was fixed 30th June, 2001.

There are no differences of opinion on these dues Registration and annual subscription.Rs.5000/- one time and Rs.5000/- annually

Mr.Qazi is requested to get renewal to attend this meeting to raise his points in the house.

No doubt ISPAK is body of ISPs and paid members from ISPs will run this organization. Body is elected and you also represented as member of EC. I would not like to discuss the status of participants of meeting in Islamabad and Lahore.

The meeting of 10th July will decide the election issue forever. Body has been registered and now we have an un-changeable procedure for election and all other issues. Account are being maintained properly and audit report will be available for paid members

Mr.Ateeq Khan suggested for extending renewal date upto 5th July 2001. It will be considered in meeting of 1oth. Mr.Azfar Manzoor is informed that Mr.Pasha has already done which he has proposed regarding meeting in Lahore I agree but paid members would be allowed to join meeting of ISPAK. The status of the participants should be defined.

The mails of all above three honourable members will be put before the house of 10th July.

I again would like to inform all of you that since long we were sending invoices and e-mail to all ISPs for membership for many time but we have very poor response. There should be some difference between paid and non-paid members.

It was decided that Rs.10/- per port would be deposited in ISPAK account. Only three or four provided the information regarding their ports and rest kept silent but took part in discussion and kept send hard words to us.

Please be realist and do no do politics from this forum.

Best regards.

Sanaullah Bhutta.
