Matt As I recall a while back you were asking around for a ICSP circuit. At that time I suggested that you take the one from the PicKit2 manual. I see from you Tutorial that you didn't. I have attached, I hope it is allow, the schematic I suggested as it is different from the one you published. There is a *glaring* difference.
