I just downloaded that bee package and compiled sample
18f4550_timer0_interval: no errors! My conclusion: there is something
wrong with your setup. Could it be a wrong include path for the compiler
(e.g. referring to an old directory)?

The 18Fxxxx have no OPTION_REG, so I wonder how this error can be produces.
Please provide your complete program so that we can compile it in our
environment to analyse the problem. And also tell us which libraries you ar
using (download package version, etc).
BTW Have you also errors when you compile the Jallib sample
18f4550_timer0_interval.jal? It compiles here without errors.
