Hi, Though always good suggestions, the maintenance suggestions below are mutually exclusive of symptoms described. Try unloading and reloading jaws as well as a reboot to see if that authorization prompt disappears though original author appears to have already tried this step. I think the only solution will end up being a call to FS tech support as you almost certainly ate through your allotted Jaws keys.

To put it mildly this is idiotic, I have a licence and key, it was running six hours ago as it had been for over a year. Anyone know what I can do? Because waiting until Monday to deal with Freedom Scientific is not a happy thought, ... having to restart the machine every forty minutes complicates life no end.
