It's not a MS framework network; it's the network through my 2Wire gateway; 
I just wanna put an Ethernet card in a spare slot in my DOS box, plug a LAN 
cable into it to the router and get some sort of driver for it.  As I say, 
it was more of a geek test than anything I'll actually put much time into, I 
expect.  Still, having done six improbable things before breakfast....
