I believe, in Internet language, 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1, anything that begins with 192.168, are reserved IP addresses and CANNOT be used on the actual internet. These addresses are used internally within a local network ONLY.

There are some clues which I was able to use with the help of my sighted brother. For example, the link that is number and has an ST on the end is for the status of the router. There are other numbered links that have other letters assigned to it, and I've learned to use those links with the help of my sighted brother and have memorized their respective abbreviations.
