Scott -

The blocked sender list is saved in the Windows registry, so if you're
losing it, it has nothing to do with Norton. I'm running Norton Anti Virus
2006 right now and have added people to the blocked senders list as recently
as this morning and have never lost them. This might be something
considerably more serious if registry entries either aren't getting made or
are being lost after exiting the program that put them there.

Hi Rick
I have 3 other .dbx files, password, offline,pop3, is this normal?
reason I am asking is that I am losing my Block sender list after closing
outlook express. Just installed Norton 2006 would this be the cause?
