for the answers, Yes I have a folders.dbx file.
Walt, Thanks for taking Norton off the list of possibilities.It does make 
it's way into Blocked sender list  but when I close Outlook Express their 
gone. Since this not a Jaws users question if you have any thoughts could 
email me offline. Use Regvvac every morning to clean register. Stump.
