There is certainly something fishy here. Because when I change the encoding
on that page to UTF-8, that's when I see funny characters. In
translation.jmol.jmol-es.po we have:
g r u p o s <20> d e <20> <C3> <A1> t o
m o s
I'm pretty sure that IS utf-8, but it is also iso-8859-1. So I guess I don't
understand what one has to do to see pages that are marked as utf-8 to be
actually displayed as such within a browser.
What am I missing?
